How I Work

Discovery to Live System

Five steps. No surprises. Every engagement follows the same structure so you always know what comes next.

01

15–30 min

Discovery Call

We talk through what you're doing manually today and where the friction is. No slide decks — just a direct conversation about your stack, your team, and what's actually costing you time or money. I come prepared with specific questions so we don't waste either of our time.

  • Clear problem statement
  • Rough scope estimate
  • Go/no-go on fit
02

2–5 days

Scoping & Architecture

I map out exactly what will be built — the data flows, the tools involved, the integration points, and where the edge cases are. You get a written spec before any code is written. This is where we agree on what 'done' looks like so there are no surprises at the end.

  • System architecture diagram
  • Tool & API inventory
  • Delivery timeline
03

1–4 weeks

Build

I build the system in your actual environment — not a demo environment. Real data, real APIs, real failure modes handled. I use n8n, GoHighLevel, and whatever else the workflow requires. Progress updates every few days so you always know where things stand.

  • Working automation in staging
  • Error handling & retry logic
  • Progress updates
04

3–7 days

Testing & Handoff

We run the system against real scenarios together — including the ones that should fail. I document everything: what it does, how to monitor it, what to do if something breaks. You shouldn't need me to operate what I built for you.

  • End-to-end testing
  • Runbook & documentation
  • Team walkthrough

Post-Launch Support

The first month after launch is where edge cases surface. I stay available to fix anything that comes up at no extra cost. After that, we can discuss an ongoing retainer if you want continued support or new automation work.

  • Bug fixes at no extra cost
  • Performance monitoring
  • Optional retainer discussion
